The Team

Peter Edward MR Wilson.

He earned a Master of Science in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the FGV, as well as specializations in Harvard and Berkley. Co-founder and CEO of Managrow, he has developed and implemented financial services and quality custom financial solutions for Private Equity, High Net-Worth Individuals and Corporations.

Prior to that, Mr. Peter Wilson was a founding partner of PHI Capital Management being responsible for the management of fixed income allocation as well as equity funds and derivatives portfolios for several Family Offices. Between 1998 and 2004, he held senior executive positions for several companies in the Ourinvest Group, being Head of Investments at Dartley Bank & Trust Nassau, Senior Financial Manager at Ourinvest Asset Management and Portfolio Manager of a distressed fund at Globalvest Management L.P/Latinvest Asset Management and associate at A.T. Kearney Management Consultants.

Before that, from 1992 to 1998, he worked at Banque Nationale de Paris - Latin America Investment Banking Group. Also, he currently serves on the Board of Gafisa, B2W, Banco Pan, Riachuelo, Portobello and Heringer.

As past experience Mr Wilson served at a Board  Member of Confab S.A., Vivo S.A., Banco Pine, Minupar, Badespar, Trisul and Tenda He led Brazilian companies through multiple rounds of seed and early stage financing, fundraising, and restructurings, originated and conducted M&A transactions and negotiated strategic alliances. Peter Wilson is a Professor of Valuation and M&A for the Global Executive MBA at BSP Business School in Sao Paulo.

 

Luciana Doria

Doria graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (FEA-PUC) in 2002, receiving a BS degree in Economics and a Master's from São Paulo Business School (BSP) in 2011. Doria holds an Executive Certificate in Corporate Innovation and Leadership from Stanford Business School in 2018. Partner of Managrow, and was elected as coordinator Audit Committee at Priner SA, independent Board member at Eztec, Fleury, Alternate Board member at Anima and Former alternate Board member at Camil Alimentos SA. Prior to this role Doria served as the Executive Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Saraiva, the leading educational publisher and bookseller in Brazil. 

Doria has extensive experience in leading a wide range of engagements, including M&A, due diligence review, pre-IPO, NYSE listings, pre- and post-merger integration, debt issuance, restructuring projects, pre-money valuations, growth metrics, internet and digital media VC and PE deals.  Prior to joining Saraiva executive committee, Doria was Head of Capital Markets at Gafisa (GP Investments' private equity and Equity International), the leading brazilian homebuilding company and generated investment research as part of a Strategy and Real Estate focused Equity Research team at some of the largest financial institutions including, Bear Stearns, JP Morgan, Santander, HSBC and Unibanco now Itaú Unibanco.
